--> Fixed a couple issues with pets caused by 19.9. The desired behaviour is that other players will see the highest of your threat or your pet"s threat under your name, while you will see your threat and your pet"s threat. 
--> Buffed the "MyThreat" section of the help menu a bit. 
--> Fixed an error that would cause Misdirection not to fire.

--> Pets will now be coloured grey on the raid table. 
--> If your pet has more threat than you, you will broadcast your pet"s threat to the raid.

--> Added a major framework component: error trapping and logging. KTM will for the most part handle its own error reporting. There"s a new section "Error Log" in the help menu where you can view error reports, and easily copy and paste error reports to the discussion section on the webpage.
